I have no earthly idea why this shop has such bad reviews the woman serving could not have been anymore friendly and helpful pizza took 20 min to prepare was hot and delicious not sure what more you could want from a take away pizza shop

The food was incredible. The vegan pizzas are to die for. We stayed on the site last week. Had an unfortunate experience with a member of staff though. We ordered what was a large order and yes it did come late but that was ok considering the size of it. However, there was an item missing, having worked in food I know these mistakes happen so I tried calling 4 times with no response. I thought oh well I’ll just walk up and speak to them and just ask for the item, I didn’t mind waiting. I was greeted with “That was definitely delivered” it wasn’t was my response and I was preceded to be shouted at and belittled. Then told it would 10-15 mins. I didn’t mind the wait time. But I did not expect to be treated the way I was. It genuinely has made me not want to order from there when we visit the site next time. The delivery driver on the other hand was lovely.

I popped in to the shop to order some food as the phone number wasn't on Google I explained it to them and I said I would update it for them so we can ring direct and they was very grateful, the service was good and the manger (boss) was lovely and helpful, tasty food as always from a Papa John's Store. I would come back but I live 145 miles away Hahaha

Would like to say a massive thank you and appraisals to the legend of a lad CALUM!!! Best pizza around and can honestly say we ate it every night After having a skin full and Calum is such a great laugh. I’m surprised at how low reviewed this place is because the food and staff put in the work to deliver a great experience. Calum deserves a pay rise or a promotion due to his customer service expertise. Big up and see you again soon, from ZION!!!!!! (Mrs account)

Just ordered a pizza . Was told it would be about 20 mins but 13 mins later it was delivered to my caravan door it was piping hot and absolutely delicious just wish I ordered more.

Great pizzas and good service to your home or caravan, had an issue once with one pizza and it was refunded and replaced . Good on ya !!!! listening to the customer
